What is the difference between the H.264 and the HD (H.265) file?
The H.264 file plays on every device. The HD file is the higher-resolution copy that TikTok encodes with H.265 (HEVC): it looks sharper and is often smaller, but some older PCs and phones need an HEVC codec to play it.
